NEWFC Recreation Committee

To bring diverse recreation stakeholders together to develop and implement a recreation vision for the Colville National Forest and Northeast Washington. 

Goals:

• Develop a Colville National Forest recreation vision proposal and map.
• Work with the Coalition’s Project Committee to have recreation infrastructure development, roads-to-trails considerations, and maintenance priorities considered as part of stewardship projects.
• Collaborate on trail maintenance, construction, and trailhead infrastructure funding efforts.
• Attempt to find solutions to recreation related disputes and challenges in northeast Washington.
